Our Story
From a bold idea to Indonesia's premier gaming brand
The Vision Behind atm178
atm178 was founded with a clear and uncompromising goal: to give Indonesian players access to a world-class online gaming experience that matches the quality of the best international platforms, while still feeling genuinely local. Our founders observed that millions of players across Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, and beyond were underserved — stuck between offshore sites with no Rupiah support and unreliable platforms that let them down at the critical moment of a withdrawal. atm178 was the answer to that gap.
Built Around the Indonesian Player
From day one, every decision at atm178 has been made with the Indonesian user at the centre. We support all major local payment channels — BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and leading e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja — so that deposits and withdrawals feel as natural as an everyday bank transfer. Our customer support team includes fluent Indonesian-speaking agents available around the clock, with an average live-chat response time under five minutes.
Growing With Our Community
Since launching, atm178 has grown consistently by listening to our players rather than chasing short-term trends. We cover the sports our community is most passionate about: BRI Liga 1 — with clubs like Persija Jakarta, Persib Bandung, and Bali United — alongside the EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, and international competitions featuring Timnas Indonesia (Garuda). We also extended our platform into live casino games, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), and an extensive slot library to serve every type of player.
A Commitment That Goes Beyond Games
atm178 believes that a great gaming platform must also be a responsible one. That means going beyond lip service on responsible gaming: we embed real tools — deposit limits, loss limits, session timers, self-exclusion, and reality-check reminders — directly into every account. Our platform is open exclusively to users who are 21 years of age or older, and we enforce this strictly through our KYC verification process.
Trusted and Secure Platform. All player funds are held in segregated accounts. SSL encryption protects every transaction. Provably fair game certification is maintained across all titles.
